Terms of Service

This document represents an active operational draft of service rules. Formal legal operator details, commercial registry data, and fiscal aspects are undergoing formal legal approval and will be updated upon completion of registration procedures. Operational contact: hello@petmama.md.

1. BioThane® Gear Store

PetMama crafts and sells handmade dog gear from genuine BioThane® (leashes, collars, harnesses, hands-free leashes, ID tags).

Color combinations, sizes, and hardware options are agreed upon order placement. Delivery is carried out via courier services across the Republic of Moldova.

Returns and exchanges of standard-sized items in new condition are possible within 14 days of receipt. Custom-personalized items cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

2. PetMama NFC ID Digital Profiles Service

The PetMama NFC ID service enables pet owners to register a digital pet profile with a permanent 6-character identifier linked to a physical NFC tag and QR code.

The tag is not a satellite GPS tracker and does not transmit coordinates in the background. Reading requires a smartphone with an NFC chip or camera QR scanner and an active internet connection on the finder device.

The pet profile identifier remains unchanged during name updates, contact modifications, and owner transfers.

3. User Obligations and Restrictions

Users agree to provide accurate contact information. Posting false information, third-party personal data without consent, or using the service for fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited.

The administration reserves the right to block profiles and user accounts upon detecting violations of these terms.
